In order to join a class, you must attend an assessment. Assessments are on Tuesday mornings at 8:30am prior to our 9:00am Session. New participants are required to take assessment prior to starting program!

Save a spot below! All classes are FREE for Silver Sneaker members. For non-Silver Sneaker members, pay a low flat rate of $30 per month.
